Condensation, or water in the drawer
Water that came out of the food and had nowhere to go. Not a leak, and not a fault.
What is happening
Finding liquid in the bottom of the drawer after cooking is normal with wet foods and alarming the first time. It is condensed steam plus rendered fat, and where it becomes a problem it is a cooking problem rather than an appliance one.
Why it happens
Commonest first. It is almost always the boring one, and a page that walks you through the exotic causes before the obvious one has given you a longer path to a fixed dinner.

Vapour leaving the food meets the drawer walls and the outer pan, which are cooler than the air, and condenses. With a wet load in a cool chamber this can be a surprising amount of liquid.

A closed chamber full of hot food keeps producing vapour with the fan off, and all of it condenses. This is also why food left in loses its crispness within minutes.

The temperature difference is greatest at the start, which is when most condensation forms. It is unavoidable and harmless.
