Clean after every use. The drip tray and accessories are washed in hot water with washing-up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge, and the manual warns that metal utensils and abrasive cleaners may damage the drip tray's non-stick coating. It says to open the door so the oven cools faster, and prints nothing about a dishwasher.
