Do not carry a whole-drawer figure into a zone, or a zone's figure into the whole drawer: one manufacturer's own table gives a kilogram of chicken wings 22 minutes in a zone and 30 minutes undivided, and changes the temperature as well as the time for a whole chicken and for prawns. The difference from a dual-basket machine is the drawer: pulling it out to shake or turn one food opens both zones and lets the heat out of both, so pair foods that need attention at about the same moments.

Genuine. Crisper plates elevate food inside the basket so air reaches underneath and oil drips clear, each zone has its own element and fan directly above the food, and the air-fry function reaches 205°C. The one qualification worth stating is that the air-fry mode stops at 205°C while the appliance as a whole reaches 240°C — the extra 35°C belongs to the grill function only.

You can fit this yourself: Lift out, drop in. Ask the manufacturer for the crisper plate for this model number. Note that Cosori's own guidance is that the basket may be lined with foil for easier cleaning but the crisper plates may not — lining the plate defeats what it is for.
