Crisper plates elevate food inside the basket so air reaches underneath and oil drips clear, each zone has its own element and fan directly above the food, and the air-fry function reaches 205°C. The one qualification worth stating is that the air-fry mode stops at 205°C while the appliance as a whole reaches 240°C — the extra 35°C belongs to the grill function only.
