Stop and read this first
If a liner, a piece of paper or any packaging has touched the heating element: stop, switch off and unplug at the wall, and let the appliance cool completely before removing it. What is happening
The airflow that makes an air fryer work is strong enough to move anything light. Most of the time this is an annoyance — kale in one corner, a slice of bread stood on its edge.
