Russell Hobbs matters to this catalogue out of proportion to its air-fryer market share, because its SatisFry multicooker is the clearest published example of an appliance that air-fries without being an air fryer — which is the distinction the whole product is built on. Its manual is also the only one read this sprint that states a preheat requirement PER MODE rather than per appliance.

Manuals are published on the manufacturer's own site and by the retailers that sell the products. The mode table near the front gives default and range for both temperature and time, which is unusually complete.
